We are designed to move but so many of us are living stagnant lives.
Our ancestors walked 8 hours each and every day as hunter-gatherers, and their spines moved like it was designed to move.
Today, we sit, 8 hours a day at a desk, at a computer, or in a position that is not conducive to healthy flow and balance. Sitting for your spine is like sugar for your teeth.

Our bodies are designed to move

Make sure you move your body each and every day. Try not to sit for more than 15 minutes in one position without getting up and stretching your body.
Walking, yoga, Pilates, swimming, dance and thai chi are all great exercises to experience.
Choose a form of movement that’s easy and enjoyable and fits into your schedule. I am not fussed about what type of exercise it is, as long as you are moving.

Our Body is Our Greatest Asset

Our body is the most important asset we have. We can get so busy in our lives and forget to take time out to listen to what our body really needs in order to express true health.
Commit to taking care of your amazing body, and give it all that it needs to feel invigorated, strong, supple and refreshed.
